Re.Cycling Lights
These bike-lights have been designed for Bournemouth University as a cheap and sustainable solution to be distributed on campus for free. The main reason behind this initiative is increasing road safety amongst university students/staff while cycling on the roads in the winter - as it's gets very dark outside.
For my Final Year Project - I decided to help out my University by designing sustainable product solution to help them achieve their 2020 Sustainability Goals.
They had a noticeable problem when they were giving out free bike-lights to students and staff on campus, the lights were cheap and disposable. So I took up the challenge to design very simple yet effective and sustainable bike-lights but at the lowest cost possible.
